No Complacency!!!

Complacency almost killed me!! as this morning was going to post my blog until my notebook suddenly went down, and cant be powered on after that.

the worse thing was that i did not back up my work!! faint X 100000000000000. had always told myself and my friends to back up their work, but complacency creep in and i had not been backing up my work for quite some time, and 2 of the major sub system are on my hand!! OMG!!

anyway, rushed down to my notebook service center, and along the way was praying very hard to god to at least allow me to retrieve my work from my hard disk. and at last i reached the center, and amazingly, it was able to boot up!! it was as if it was either being recovered by the magic hand of the servicing personal or that my notebook recovered as soon as i entered the center(something like illness being cured upon seeing the doctor!!). all seems so weired and i got a very suspecting look from the servicing personal, as if i was playing a prank on him. anyway, after he told me he was able to power on my notebook, i quickly testing it myself, restarting and shut down and reboot, just everything i could think to make sure my notebook dont crush on me again!!

and so everything is ok.. phew... im just so glad god replied to my desperate call!!! and it just teaches me one lesson, never be complacence!! and yup, if you are guessing whether im backing up my work, you can bet on it as im backing my work everywhere now, thumbdrive, online storage and my group's yahoo group!!

Man, i just feels that my balls shrank a few mm!!!
