Meeting with CLIENT!!

Finally the day have come!! after all the preparation, food, agenda, rehearsal of what we going to say etc... not to forget the suit that the whole team prepared!! cost a bomb man.. but i personally think its worth it, its an investment as my tutor thought me, its an investment not a cost. well.. maybe i just want to console myself!! wahaha...


anyway, so we are the host for the first meeting, we prepared for finger food, drinks, everything that a host will do.. professional huh?? lol... takes lots of time man.. so we prepared for long time, time to take the pictures that will give us good memory for time to come!! where all of us wear suits and everything... look damn professional and handsome for the man, pretty for the girls.. lol..


so we took the pictures etc until its time to get our guests, one is our client and the other the previous IE team leader to our meeting room. and it all starts... the boring meeting.. lol..


so we talk and talk...just seems endless sometime.. every one of my members is so serious, never been like that before, the past meetings that i have had, was always within ourselves, simple, fun etc. most importantly we do not need to care about formalities, but this meeting, was just.... anyway, i guess its the beginning of us being professional!!

so the meeting is on. i feel i could have done abit better, during the questionnaire and stuff.. could not speak properly, keep stumble on my words.. and i just could not communicate with the client. of course with all my stumbling and stuff.. have to improve on this!!

and the QnA time, our team have prepared a list of questions for the client, and some of it were supposed to be me asking. so it comes, however when i look and the questions, i was wondering.. how come even me dont understand what it means, how am i supposed to ask the client?? die.. and so most of it, i just changed the structure of the questions. changed so much, it didnt look like the original. dont know if my team mates mind.. as we do not have the chance to sit back and talk as its already late evening, around 8pm, and some of us are rushing home. anyway.. the meeting was a good experience for us, at least for
me. learn some stuff... learn that i need to prepare more for the meeting and not waiting for people to tell me stuff etc...
